In the beginning, there were only the Makers, and the void. Eons passed, and the makers grew bored. And before long, they started to create. Islands drifted and vanished, brief sparks. A small sun flared and faded, and returned to nothing. But the Makers were not satisfied. They began to dabble in life, creating beings of thought - and destroying them. And so one became the
Arbiter, the channel by which all creation must occur. He bound the Makers to him, and to each other, and let them begin their true act of creation.

Players take the role of Makers. On each players turn, they may create two events. Creating a piece costs power. Events must use pieces that are already in existence.

A piece is a figure of importance, an empire, a location, or an artifact. it could be a powerful spell, or an ancient beast, or a god itself. Creating a piece costs a default of 5 power, and must be contained within an event - for example, earth might be created in the creation of earth event. If for any reason a piece is destroyed, it becomes [Ruined] - it can still be used in events, for example as the ruins of a once great city, or a king’s tomb. Pieces can also have subpieces - for example, if the world is destroyed, so are all sublocations. If an empire is destroyed, so are all the factions within.
 When a Piece is referred to, it's name should be in the format [Name]

An event is well….. a noteworthy event. Something worth recording in a worlds lore. It can only use the pieces that are in place so far, however.

Sin is lost for creating dramatically interesting events.
Sin is gained for the destruction of pieces spitefully, or unnecessarily.
The Sin value is a modifier for the power needed to create a piece.
All players start with 0 sin, and the lower bound of sin is -4. Hopefully an upper bound shouldn’t come into play.
Sin is assigned by the judgement of the arbiter (aka, me) and his judgement is final.

All pieces draw a fragment of power if not [Ruined]. All players receive an income of 5 power per turn base, but each piece currently in play (ie not [Ruined]) reduces this amount by 0.1

All Events must be assigned a date, ideally to the year, and even better to the month. These dates use real world timings, and may bear no relation to any seasons or cycles of the created world. The date 0/0 is used for creation.
 Whilst creating events in the present is free, creating events in the past costs 1 power per 20 years. Such past events cannot contradict already existing events.

I'm looking to take 6 players. Each will start with 10 power. Events should ideally have a description with them.
