So...backstory: I woke up from a real bad nightmare and just stared at the ceiling. Noticing the similar-once-more differences between vivid dreams and reality. >_>

Then there was a gecko. A tiny, squiggly gecko. I'm unsure if it even was a gecko. <_<
I quietly snuck into the next room to get my phone...and it was still there when I got back for a few pics.
I placed my fingers in for measurement. It is tiny.

It stepped on a piece of dirt, which I removed, but it scampered away before I could take another picture.
The light-yellowy spot seemed to be near its heart. I could see it beating, as well as the lungs. Pretty nice creatures.

Yeah, that looks like a gecko. We have similar looking critters here in Texas. About the same size, pinkish color, all that. They're pretty cool to watch. I often see them catch bugs while crawling around on the glass of the sliding door at night.
