Is that illegal? Could the owners of those shares sue?
Legal Eagle did a video about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vd3iZDN_OI
Short answer:  This seems to be allowed by the terms of service they signed.  It looks really bad, but is probably legal, and the cases are probably going to be thrown out.

Wow... that reminds me of a old underground tournament fighting movie with Jean-Claude Van Damme in it, where one of the fighters inscribed for the tournament the very moment he turned 18th somewhere in Asia, so to get him out of the way and arrange a fight between two other specific guys the organizers disqualified this guy on the basis that he was 18th in his country on that moment, but on the hour zone the tournament was held he was still 17th at the moment and thus his inscription was invalid.

I'm curious as to how a tank would evolve. Would it climb out of the primordial ooze wiggling it's track-nubs, feeding on smaller jeeps before crawling onto the shore having evolved proper treds?
My ship exploded midflight, but all the shrapnel totally landed on Alpha Centauri before anyone else did.  Bow before me world leaders!

Amsterdam's football club, Ajax, recently set a new record with 'the most expensive acquisition in the history of Dutch football' when they bought Sébastien Haller for 22,5 million euros.

But now they can't use him.  They (literally) forgot to check a box on a digital form, and now Haller is not signed up with UEFA, meaning he is not allowed to play competitions.

The direction and management facepalmed so hard there was a notable 3.1 tremor on the Richter scale even over here at my place, over a 100km away.

I love this.

It’s only the Europa League he can’t play in.

Though if you ever spend more money than you ever have on a transfer, that’s the competition you want to use them in.

Their manager is being entirely too reasonable about it though, and has taken responsibility (along with the director of football I think) so UEFA aren’t going to change it for ‘em.

I was about to ask something like "What did I just watch?", but the answer is obviously "Everything".

Forgot to react - I put this on and started cooking and almost immediately cut myself when distracted by the visual spectacle.

While screwing around with a batch file, I noticed that you can resize the Command Prompt window to be narrower than the close/maximize/minimize buttons themselves.

I'm sure this is some kind of DPI scaling issue (my screen runs at 125% scale), but it's great either way.
