First major concept is what he called the Shroud, which was the sort of connection between real life and games. He apparently believed this was an actual, enforceable thing. The Shroud mainly manifested in that if you had an artifact amulet of a game (Getting to that later), people could suggest actions for you. In real life. And you'd be magically compelled to do as they say if this wasn't the ravings of a true mad man.
Second, all forum games are connected via a common rule system known as the Nexus. This was basically a whole lotta bullshit that I didn't and still don't really care about, but the gist is that everything has points. Points were gained via a method that I don't remember, and you had to spend them in order to add anything to your world, including new mechanics, concepts, and characters.
Finally, there was his role in all this. The whole thing, if it actually meant anything, would basically make him god, because he has complete control over everything that goes on in all forum games, which effects real life. He also had basically infinity points. He was also judge, jury, and executioner on anything and everything that goes on within the Shroud and Nexus. There were moderators and admins (Which got more points), but he didn't really mention what they actually did.
Also, on WAY? (Kevak's game that was mentioned earlier in regards to the amulet), I think he just chose the Amulet of Identity thing because he looked at the title, and the title alone. I think that the artifact amulet was just supposed to represent the game or some other idiocy. He evidently looked at the title (Who Are You?), and didn't actually bother to read anything relating to the actual game. WAY? doesn't actually really have anything to do with identity or the mystery thereof so far, aside from us not immediately knowing the name of anyone (Though we quickly learned it). No idea what he was talking about with it being a "dangerous artifact of pure chaos", though. Maybe it has the dangerous arcane power to turn people into crossdressing cat people? Would certainly fit with Kevak, and would be chaotic enough
