Is it bad form to link other threads? I saw this pop up in the stream of topics. I started reading the OP and thought "Huh, looks like another forum game with a really detailed system." But all I perceived was a wall of text, and now I'm just laughing confusedly reading the responses of people who actually read the OP. Seriously, WTF is this?

I'd PTW that thread, but I'm kind of scared.

I'm having a hard time trying to figure it out as well.

At first I thought it was some sort of meta game where people pretended that all other forum games were interconnected in some way, and could be influenced or trespassed upon by people who aren't even participating in the game being invaded.

Then there was some weird thing about one of person's games being an artifact amulet of some sort. A quick search of some of their games doesn't even bring up the word 'amulet'.

There's also some thing about 'ENEMY', and other statuses. Where enemy seems to mean you don't want to participate in The Nexus, and therefore makes your games a target for invasion. But I honestly have no idea about what it means.

Then there's something about the idea that because the OP was allowed to join the forums, Toady signed some sort of pact to allow The Nexus game to run. Apparently now that means anyone against OP is a terrorist. He also placed some sort of bounty on a user, but I have no idea what the bounty even is. Some sort of point system, of course, but no idea of their use or value.

If anyone knows better, feel free to say so. I'm having a hard time piecing it together.
