I'm gonna go with "scared of the little freaks so just exchange papers and leave."

So, I put up a poll. Longer updates or shorter? Longer ones will cover more time but since things are slowing down in-game right now they won't be as frequent. Shorter ones may only be a season or two at most or as little as a couple months if some crazy stuff happens, but they'll come out much quicker.

Well I ask cause I do have an update in more or less ready condition but it's quite short, and kind of important since a claimed dwarf died, but it only covers a very short amount of time, though it also includes some major discoveries underground of the hot and molten variety.

Spoiler: for the curious (click to show/hide)

if its a major development, or you have a bunch of semi-major developments, i would say update. Otherwise, get a few seasons out of the way and take your time with it.

Okay, so no update for the near future. Ran into some computer trouble. See you guys in a week or so update-wise.

Miscancellous question: do you watch Game of Thrones? Or Riverrun is an honest random name? A pity we can't secede in this version- the King in the North!

Hopefully it's just some loose wires. And on the upside I'd been meaning to get it taken in for cleaning anyway.

And it was completely random, didn't find out about the other stuff with the name until after I'd started.

How are we standing on the underground front? Are cavern invaders on?

Far as I know I got all of them running, so yes. Gonna have to find some dwarves to man the underground outpost soon.

I volunteer as tribute.

Alrighty then. When I get my computer back Tirion will be assigned a squad of expendable dwarves. Pick your weapon carpenter.

As carpenter, I know and trust wood, and most of a spear is wood. (Not ingame, but meh. Please do assign me a proper metal spear) And how hard can it be, just stick them with the pointy end. Also, if we have a garrison, transfer me to Legion dwarf please.

Can do. I may also set your subordinates to legion/guard as well.
