Basically Witch Labyrinths exist in a pocket dimension and only very rarely would a normal human be able to walk through into them.

Magical girls can track them and find them, but some end up dead due to not being able to tell the general strength of the Witch.

Bullets, due to pocket dimension, end up striking the area where the pocket is, rather than flying into it and striking inside it.
