Stella works on next semester's Syllabus for the course she teaches, and ends up asleep face down on the table, the last few days have caught up with her

(it's quite obvious what she was doing in case anyone wants to bug or torment her)

As Ashley charges up the Void Energy, the Wisp strikes! A huge wave of ice shards, chill winds, and broken glass rushes out from the ground alongside the road as the creature raises an arm to strike, [2] v. [2], but Alucard deflects the worst of it with his blade, receiving only a glancing blow for 2 damage! Alucard feels his bones chill even so, and finds it harder to move easily!

The scientist makes the most of this opportunity, closing in to slash at the monster, void magic encircling his blade, even despite his human-level strength. 15 v. 8 The weapon smashes into the arm of the creature, the girl it displays seeming to react in horror and pain and outrage, as he deals 11 damage.

Ashley finishes charging her Void power, and releases it at the beast, trying not to hit Alucard. [1!] v. [16] And she flubs it badly; she doesn't hit Alucard, thankfully, but something goes wrong, and her blade doesn't teleport back to her hand, even several seconds after loosing it. She spies it's blade embedded within a crystal tree trunk.

The Wisp seems ready to scream!
