Ivan starts leading Winry to a Limo.

The man gets in the front of the limo and pulls away. A speaker in the roof is made obvious by the tapping noise and subsequent voice of Ivan.
"So as you are apparently aware I am Ivan. We're going to be taking a three hour drive into the new state that popped up. Feel free to ask any questions you want or pop in a movie."
