The picture that Albretch took was a dual purpose pattern, half of it was for surveillance, the other half was a regeneration setup meant to restore the setup incase it was destroyed. Albretch can only assume the runes have returned. His assistant also says that the last known user of these types of runic magics was an ancient demon born in a missing Viking Settlement in Sweden.
