if *ethereal* means what I think it means, it basicaly means no physical damage, only halved magical damage except by a kind of magic that nobody uses ever

All it does is turn them into a shadow pretty much. It increases their SPEED and SKILL, but would also decrease their RES.

They aren't really an actual shadow, more like just.. magic stuff. Kind of like how Shade wasn't an actual shadow.

I think it depends on the GM.

I had planned to just roll a d20 on every action to check for crits, but eventually decided against it, so those rules never made it in. if you guys want critical hits, suggest something

Why not the usual, 'highest number on a roll is a crit' thing? And maybe certain weapons have increased crit ranges.

Just use a preset chance to crit, which can be enhanced with perks or stuff.

That could work as well, it could snowball pretty hard though for people with high base stats.
