Apparently the biggest customer used to be Lyeos due to enjoying a nice cup of black coffee and the close proximity to his lab, but he stopped showing up for some reason. Hint: It's because he's dead.
Bio: "What can I say? Yeah, I'm rather wealthy now. Inherited a few million when my mother - don't really know where she got it - kicked the bucket, and as I don't much care for fancy cars or large houses, I figure it should last me quite a while as long as I don't do anything stupid. As for my childhood? Never knew my dad or my siblings, though I heard they turned out alright, even though I never found out their names. Anyways, after my mother died, I decided to give this place a shot - huge mistake, you know? Size: Relatively small, two story building. ((I don't have the thing I did house plans on! I can't give you square footage or dimensions!))
Location: Fairly close to the ruins of Lyeos's old lab.
Price Range: Low enough.
Paid off. Costs go down when you buy a house in a... Basically a disaster area. Helps that Lyeos's army of robots rebuilt it for free, along with much of Cheesistan.

After switching the sign on her door from "closed" to "free coffee day", Lilian hopped onto the counter and settled down for a nap, fully expecting another "customer"less day. It wasn't that she was bad at making coffee, but her ratty clothing, stereo that often played death metal, and close proximity to a madman who destroyed the surrounding area with molten cheesma tended to drive people away - that, and she was rarely open. With a small, depressed sigh at the thought of being unable to fulfill her dream of giving people coffee, she set the alarm sitting on the counter to go off in two hours, and fell asleep.
