I worded the result of the action that granted you enough power to create universes specifically to apply to all of your reality warping, including reality warping abilities you had before that action. On the other hand, you do have complete knowledge of magic, which means you could do that action. Due to that, you may preform that action next turn without it counting as your action for the turn. The action that gave you enough power to create universes is provided here for convenience.

I support this. I vote for a single transferable voting system or a council in which all people get a say in some form.
