Seems like it. Anyway, if one can draw and play a card on the same turn, how is it possible to win? I could just play a 'N Killer card' that I just draw that kill your winning card.

I think this is how it works more or less.

But since it says in the rules that you start with 5 pre-drawn cards, draw a fresh card and paint on it, perhaps another rule could be added to prevent the usage of that new card unless you only have that card as your only card?

Actually, isn't it normal in this kind of game to draw cards, mix them and then everyone draws from the common pot of cards everyone made?

Sheb, the next game of 1000 Blank White Cards can have a draw deck populated with the cards we're making now. Also you can win by exploiting win con rules that people have forgotten about.
