Yes, I realised the mistake as soon as I'd posted, My King/Queen. Tamer, the 'you' of the card clearly refers to the person playing the card, so I think it's still valid by rule 10. As such:

If this card is lost it can turn up again, replacing any card in play as chosen by the player who lost this card.
