Stage 1

The southern flank is [5] successfully breached.

Spoiler: South Flank (click to show/hide)

[1]

There are a lot more defenses here than previously imagined:

Spoiler: Surprise, bitches (click to show/hide)

[4]

Your team prepares to clear the way.

Meanwhile, in the north [3] things are not going smoothly. The landing is fine, but there's already US cannon on that hill.

[3]

However, now you have more intel on the defenses.

Spoiler: Scouting (click to show/hide)

So yeah, you need new orders to respond to the cannon emplacement between the infantry and potential fortifications.

I'd like to file a complaint with our intel department.
Where would i find the proper forms?

The forms are probably inside a Howitzer. You'll have to climb in to get them, though.

Also, am I with the commandos, or did I end up on the North beach?

Well, I did drop like 2 hints. You got a shitty intel roll, not much I can do about that.

You're with the commandos. You can roll for non-dumb actions, though you'll only be useful once the stealth is blown over.

The first target is the comms array so they won't coordinate defense or call reinforcements. Try not to get them alerted too soon.

All good down south, but what's your plan for the north? Those artillery positions aren't going to make building and holding fortifications easy, and asploding them will make a lot of noise.

Wait in the north until the comms are down, I suppose. Is that a Russian or an Allied tank in picture 3? I can't see the insignia. Also, just noticed, the radioman was supposed to land in the north. I should have made that more clear...

Say, doesn't that exclamation mark above the sniper on the water-tower indicate stealth is blown?
(knowing he spotted us would be meta-knowledge, all we can do is expect the guy to be up there. But that doesn't mean we can't ret-con in plan Bs...)

-waait, there aren't two guys at the MG and a sizeable gap between us & them, it's an MG guy taking a piss with a sturmtrooper already behind him. Well that changes things. (What? Me check this thread on mobile & miss the details? Wh'Id'never!)

I think the tank with the 109 on it is german-make. Yeup Tiger 2. Though dunno if it's one of ours, (drove it in early?)

Sooo, we're not nazis, but we're nationalists. Do we have a kaiser?

That tank is a Panzer V.

I guess we have a Kaiser.

[4]The stealth team moves in and shoots up the officers. They didn't kill everyone, however.

Spoiler: Sneaking in (click to show/hide)

[1]

Now most of the base has been explored. It doesn't look good:

Spoiler: Troop deployments (click to show/hide)

They have tanks and a turdload of infantry, not to mention those howitzers.

Orders from command: Take out the pair of howitzers and we're sweet to send in the Tiger II's to clean up.
