The Charisma is 9 put together, but 8 standard without the cutebold bonus. So even if you get to 0 Cha, you will actually have 1.

I'll be posting a big update soon-ish, after I finish up some work I got left.

Cutebolds for the win.

The stat system is based off of Mount and Blade's stats. So your stats actually aren't that great. The max for each stat is 64. Also, timeskips like when you were in school will be way shorter, between a few days to a month and a half tops.

You went to the one place you were sent to school for: The Army. As you signed up, thanks to your Magical abilities, you were given a higher rank then most new recruits. You were sent to the officer camp, where you were to be an assistant of the Wizard, Urist Frostnose, A dwarf who gained the trust of the kobolds some odd years ago. He even helped your town once fight off a large pack of wolves.

As you entered the camp, you could smell the magical power emanating from within. You made your way to Urist's tent, to which you firmly stepped in and looked around. There wasn't much in there, other then a few staffs, an alchemy kit and a little sleeping bag in one corner, yet, there was no one in the tent. Most of the space was open, letting you spread your stuff out as you set it up, since you would have to wait for Urist to return.

As night Grew, there was still no sign of Urist, making you feel a little weary of the camp. Just as you were about to go to bed for the night, you hear a loud grumble and the flap of the tent open up.
"fucking kobolds... Always hiding my beer." The man who said these words, is Urist.

What do you say to him?

A little bit of a poor update, yes, I know that. But, it'll get better... Hopefully.

"Hello Master Urist, I am Iniv Silver." Chat him up then

"By the way, is there any  way i can buy you a drink since someone stole yours?"

EDIT: don't want the same color for characters, it'll confuse things.

Well I guess we should introduce ourselves. I don't think we should be as forward with ass kissing though.

As the Dwarf settles down slightly, you stand up and introduce yourself to him. "Hello sir, My name is Iniv Silver. I am to.."
"I know who you are. You are to be my Assistant, and that is all. We are not friends. But, I will treat you with respect shall you show me the same respect. Understood?" He still appears to be angry, but he is probably just mad because he doesn't have any booze. As you sit back down, he begins talking again, much calmer now. "Now, as the first order of business for you, is that you need to get some equipment from the Blacksmith a few tents down. He'll supply you with some weapons, a staff, and if your lucky, at least half a suit of armor." He rips up a piece of paper he wrote on. "Give this to him and you'll be good to go."

You take the paper and head out of the tent. As you walk, you look down at the paper and read it. It says that Urist will pay for all equipment after its been seen useful. You shrug. You finally reach the Blacksmiths tent and enter it.

It is fairly spacious, with a couch on one side and a few arm chairs on the other. There is a Furnace with an anvil near it, but the Furnace is currently off. You spot a man sitting in one of the arm chairs.

"Excuse me sir. I was looking for the Blacksmith, and I was wondering where he is?"

The man stands up and walks up to you, looking you up and down. As he gets close, you notice he is a Kobold, of unaverage height. He is twice the size of you, but obviously a Kobold. He is muscular, with calves the size of your head. "I be the Blacksmith. What do you want?" You hand him the piece of paper and explain to him how you need weapons, a staff, and if possible, a suit of armor. "Well why didn't you say so earlier!" He pipes up and smiles at you, speaking with a deep voice. He goes to the back of his tent and pulls out a short sword, a dagger, a small wood staff, and a helm and breast plate. "That all I got for someone as young as you. I'll be getting restocked in about a month or so, so come by and I can give you some better stuff." You thank him and head out of the tent. As you arrive back at the tent, Urist appears to already be sleeping, so you decide to sleep as well.

You are awoken by Urist shaking your shoulders. He looks at you and then shakes his head.
"Alright kid, I know its your first day here, but you already got work to do. There's two jobs for us Mages today, so I'll take one if you take the other. You get to choose which one you do. I'm letting you go alone on this first one to see how much skill you actually have. So, here are the options. The first option: Help the hunters trap and kill for food. The second option: Help the soldiers learn to dodge magic. Option one deals with your weakening magic, while option two deals with small damage magic. If you choose to help the soldiers, I recommend you try not to kill them. Aim for their feet or something. You got one hour to choose and meet some people, good luck." Urist gets up and leaves the tent for food.

What do you do?

Let's go with helping the hunters. Weakening magic is always great ESPECIALLY if we can learn to cast it wide enough to hurt a dozen or so enemies in a battle/skirmish.

hunt. While training damage magic sounds fun, I'd rather we work with people than against them (it seems training is carried out with 'live' magic in this army, which will not earn us any friends among the enlisted personnel)
