Yeah, the left mug fits the description better than the right one. Damn Swordstar, you're good at doing mugs.

I just splice things. This is just Serra and Nino. With skin coming from Hawkeye and hair color/scarf color coming from NPCs.
At least you can splice :P
I can't even really do that.

Ehh, most often splicing involves just changing few pixels after pasting your Frankestein together (because shading/colors/mismatch). It's not that hard as long as you practice and don't get angry with every mistake :P

What Hasp said. It's a lot of looking at things, thinking "Hmm, yeah, ok, those heads are ~the same size, I can just put Nino's over Serra's once I get rid of her pigtails." It gets a bit more complicated if you pick people who have hair over their clothes which is why I'm not 100% happy with the shading on the front arm on that sprite, but it's good enough. And yeah, just making sure you switch skin tones and such. As for the jewelry I do and such, most of that's just based off of other sprites. Like the necklace with the pendant is based off of Tana's necklace, etc. It's really just a bunch of copy pasting and then going over it on the pixel level to make sure I didn't miss something dumb.

That's way less effort than I put into Esori's sprite, for sures  :P
But there's a good reason I'm willing to actually draw the stuff: I need the drawing practice.
(also it lets me customize the sprite more, for instance with Esori's custom delivery boy badge)

Eh, I could customize things if they were bigger, that's part of the problem with customizing my sprites. That being said, I still can do a fair amount of customizing, I just don't cause efforrrrrrrrt.

Aaah, I did completely nothing for NEF2-2 prologue. I don't even have Julian's mug nor map or anything for first battle. Why you might ask?

It's Easter, of course.
