I'm... looking at the spell creation rules. It's... going to be a thing.

EDIT: Who the heck thought that it was a good idea to give dwarves +1 SHRUG? A flat -1 damage is rather overpowered.

It's not necessarily -1 damage. It's just +1 to the threshold at which you take damage. If I have 7 SHRUG and someone hits me with a 6, I take no damage. If someone hits me with a 10, I take one wound. As long as the number is between 7 and 14, I take one wound, regardless of the number.
