Pretty fun! You don't even have to paint it unless you're going for ultra nice shininess. Panel lining makes a big improvement though. They're not that tough to put together so long as you start out with the High Grade ones.

((I'm seriously hoping he shouts this while charging Dereth, not while running away. It really doesn't work that way.))

I still like the advantage system idea you've got. Sorta simulates the momentum of the fight.. Can you write an example to give me a better idea of how that would work numbers wise? This is a prototype game, so don't feel constrained by any existing rules or stats or systems when positing.

((Well, I would imagine something like this, if they start on an equal playing field. If one is specifically specced for melee or ranged or defense or whatever, the rolls would be modified.

I see, that's how I pictured it. Hm. Well I use opposing rolls [Hit vs. Mov] to see if it hits, then [Dmg vs. Def] to see how much damage it does.

If it's a hit, and Dmg rolls below Def, then I could add a +1 bonus to Hit next round. But I personally I think the melee is lethal enough as is. 4+dmg for all melee weps. If someone gets hit they're going down. Especially the Gundams.
