Anyway, ghost description is in OP, character sheets for you goons will go on the first page of the IC thread as soon as I can figure out which of you is which. Just so you know, you don't have crystals to start, but hopefully you'll find some soonish.

So currently the chance per turn is 40% which has a 1 in 6 chance of being reduced every growth session after the first?

Yeah, but that's actually not that high when you consider the fact that I didn't put a cap on your ability to store it. Given you don't have any stones to use right now, you can steal energy and stockpile it for the future when you can spend it, and when you'll have a higher chance to steal. Additionally, since you only have one stat I wanted to make sure it had a steep benefit.

Also, it's not truly a 1 in 6 chance, since multiple options are offered every time you grow.

It's higher than that because you have 1d6 number of options, and a 1/6 chance on each. The odds are actually a little complex to calculate, but as a rough estimate you have an average of 3.5 options, and a 1/6 chance to get a skill growth from each, so you have roughly a 3.5/6 chance of getting a stat, which are good odds. ((Note, this quick estimation is not precise, and is likely a mild overestimation, but I can try to calculate the true chance if you like.))

First column is d6 for number of options, second column is chance that you get a stat option.
1 -> 1 - 5/6 = 1/6
2 -> 1 - (5/6)^2
3 -> 1 - (5/6)^3
4 -> 1 - (5/6)^4
5 -> 1 - (5/6)^5
6 -> 1 - (5/6)^6

P(stat growth) = (6 - 5/6 - (5/6)^2 - (5/6)^3 - (5/6)^4 - (5/6)^5 - (5/6)^6)/6 = 44.57%
while I had estimated 3.5/6 = 58.33%

Quick question about charge mechanics: Currently, we'll be starting with 8 Int, so: 30% - 5%*(10 - 8) = 30% - 5%*2 = 30% - 10% = 20%
But, when our Int goes up, by two, lets say: 30% - 5%*(10 - 10) = 30% - 5%*0 = 30% - 0% = 30%
If we bump it up to 12: 30% - 5%*(10 - 12) = 30% - 5%*-2 = 30% + 10% = 40%

So the chance that we loss a charge goes up as we get better? This doesn't sound right. Also, I don't get how we can effectively stockpile charges if they can decay every turn. Unless, by turn, you mean unit of job length.
