I currently have a device somewhere in my mouth that is being used to fuck with me hard.

But I can't figure out how to get doctors to acknowledge it might exist.

You should go to a psychiatrist. If they say you're not crazy, then the doctor pretty much has to believe you actually do have something in your mouth.

Why have you not seen a dentist if it is such a big deal? You mentioned this in the "Bad tooth extension" thread, but provide little to no details about what it is, what's causing it to stick to your tooth, or really anything beyond "it's screwing with me, halp or I will gargle with acetone."

So you have some non-specific device in your mouth, and you can't tell us what it is and you can't remove it, and doctors can't help you because they don't think it is real. I'm going to work off the assumption you aren't joking.
Look, mental illness is a real thing. I think everybody here will agree that it actually exists. Further more, I think most will agree that the mentally ill are not the best people to self assess. As such, if you were ill, how would you know? You wouldn't, unless you spoke to a professional and got their advice.
