Since Gordon's SKL is abysmal already, I suppose that taking that progression out and tossing it into MAG instead would make Gordon a better healer. I'd be giving up on Bishop (originally what I wanted) but Saint would probably be better overall.

Quite sure you are forced to at least have a certain quantity of growth in each stat except for MAG/STR depending of your class.

Of course. However, I could take 15% out of SKL and shove it into MAG instead. It'd be a decent boost to healing ability for no real downside (other than the lack of Light magic on promotion).

That's about it. His skills/fault are acceptable and I do want to keep him relatively tanky. He just needs more magic while skill will be virtually useless in his new promotion.
