Sword at ruins take the four mountains around the ruin, starting at 14,16 and ending at 14,12(12AP)
Sword at 17,17 take the last plain north of him(1AP)
Sword at 13,19 goes NW then N, taking two mountains(6AP)
Harvest(11 food, 7 wood, 7Iron)

0AP, 29 food, 45 wood, 33 iron.

Yes, definitely.

also, it came to my attention that we don't have actual rules for when transports are destroyed. So now we do. If you have less transports than units loaded onto them, you have to destroy excess units. Since this doesn't affect other player's turns (land units can't be involved in sea battles), I decided to leave the decision of which units are lost with the defender.

Then collect the deserts to the south and south-west of 20,10 before claiming the woods to the north-west and the mountains to the west, north-west, south, and southwest of the forests.

Move the swordsmen at <19,9> to  <20,10> (1AP), <20,12> (2AP), <19,11>(2AP), <18,10>(2AP), <18,8> (2AP), <17,7> (3AP), <17,9>(3AP), <17,11>(3AP) and finally <18,12> (3AP) 

sadly that's 31AP and you only had 30, so you'll have to move to <18,12> next time.

(7,5), (7,3) and (6,2) are forests (so they take up 6AP. 8AP for the whole move)

Well, no. Somehow you have 6 AP, even though you should (at 19:00-19:59 GMT) have 5.
Also, you don't have to list your loses if you only have 1 unit type, but I would appreciate you doing it anyway. Like this:
Move the ten militia to 12,16(6AP)(lose three militia vs swordman(2D+1D for mountain)
In case you (GWG) are wondering, you lost 1 swordsman in the attack and annihilated the enemy forces in the hex.

Notes for scapheap: it's called "attack". It's still called attack even though there was no battle (but you did conquer enemy hexes). This is mostly to make sure you're doing so intentionally.
<12,16> was empty by the time your militia arrived (turns are processed in order they were posted).
