Xiud collective - East Hexian Company
Formal Treaty of non agression.
Preface The object of this treaty is to define the terms of coexistence between the Xiud Collective and the East Hexian Company. By ratificating this treaty, the Xiud Collective and the East Hexian Company engage themselve to respect the terms of this formal treaty, with no limitation or exception.
Article First
-Guarantee of independence 1§ The signatories engage themselves to never, under any circumstances and regardless of any other treaty they could sign otherwise, destroy or attempt to destroy the other signatories as independent political entities. This includes indirect action, including but not limited to the support of a third party in order to endanger or destroy the other signatories as an independent political entity.
Article Second
-Definition of borders 1§ The areas officially owned by the signatories at the time this treaty is ratificated are considered the full and irrevocable property of their current owner.
2§ The Xiud Collective is, by the ratification of this treaty, granted the lands west of the body of water colloquially known as "the Great River", as well as most of the mountain range located immediately north of said body of water. This includes the areas officially known as: (see
2§1¤). Areas granted to the Xiud Collective by this article are considered its full and irrevocable property.
2§1¤ Hexagons 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 16, 23, 24, 25, 26, 35, 36, 37, 48, 49, 62, 63 and 77.
3§ The Xiud Collective renounce through this treaty to all claims to areas not defined as it full and irrevocable property by the paragraphs 1§ and 2§ of the Article Second of the present treaty. Areas of the island not otherwise attributed to other nations or stated as neutral ground are considered to be the full and irrevocable property of the East Hexian Company.
4§ The body of water colloquially known as "the Great River", and formed of the areas officially defined as (see
4§1¤), is to stay neutral. The common exploitation of these areas by the signatories are not for this treaty to rule, however, both signatories should at all time have free access to it.

4§2¤ Hexagons 52 and 66 are recognized as East Hexian.
5§ Hexagons 17 and 27 are hereby granted to the Trollish Free State as an independant, fully cosignatory nation of the treaty, beneficiating notably from the protection of the First Article.
Article Third
-Respect of borders 1§ Signatories engage themselves to never attemps to gain control of an area defined by the Article Second as not belonging to them (refer to 2A2§1¤ in particular). Areas defined as belonging to a specific signatory are to stay under said signatory direct control as a political entity.
1§1¤ Additionally, signatories engage themselves to never attemps to provoke or ease the loss of control of an area belonging to another signatory, by said signatory, to a third party.
2§ The transit of people and merchandises through the borders of signatories is not for this treaty to regulate. However, people and merchandises present in an area are to obey to the laws of the signatory to whom the present treaty grants ownership of said area.
3§ Transit of military personnel obeying to a signatory's orders through an area owned by another signatory is conditional to the area owner's approval.
4§ Areas 26, 36 and 37, under Xiud Collective control, are to stay unfortified and demilitarized.
