Apologising for whatever slight you feel has been dealt to your character should probably be expected after the golem made out of a town is defeated. Priorities, man: pride or victory?

In this case? Pride. I'll let the apolagy slide entirely but explaining things isn't going to happen without me being asked.

I think thats a pretty fair expectation considering.

Ahh the GM just helped me with the final bit of the puzzle. I know how to open it's defenses. I also know how to slow down it's healing and a way to gain the information we need.

But I need KJ and USEC's help to make it work. And the GM didn't tell me what to do. He gave me a vague hint about something I'd already seen that allowed the answer to click into place.
Now if somebody could ask me to explain then I can and we can get back on track.

This is so funny. I built this character to be a supporting element but the lack of communication has pretty much left me having to play leader.

This is tutorial mode. It is meant to get you to work together and think.

Spoiler: Hints (click to show/hide)

You will not beat this boss if you all do not work together. That simple.

I'm going to bed. I will see you all in the morning.

I've pieced all of it together and got the entire plan worked out now. I just need 1 of you to ask me so that I can detail the plan and what I need from all of you. After this is done I'll happily drop off giving orders I have no desire to lead you all.

However if this works I may spend some time fine tuning my ability to communicate with you mind to mind. I'll be doing that mostly in battle anyway with my minions so no reason I can't play co-ordinator for the whole lot of us.

Closing his eyes Torban slowly starts to float as electricity crackles across his body leaving burns in it's wake, grunting in pain he focuses his mind on the rest of the team sending the same short message into the minds of the other 10 along with a picture of empty graves and a feeling of urgency.
Return fast to the caravan. Great danger is approaching.
Torban looks around.
If you can use elemental magic come here if not then keep it off my back. I have a plan.

Now do you see why I might be annoyed?
Yes, but I only agree for the first. Which was more or less followed.

In this case? Pride. I'll let the apolagy slide entirely but explaining things isn't going to happen without me being asked.
And that's kind of unreasonable for Torban to decide. Is he really going to risk his life for the sake of obstinately forcing the characters to decide to trust him?

Then stop contributing to the problem!

A certain teammate can syphon the mana from the Town Golem, slowing it's Regen down to every 7 turns.
Which one is that?

Yes, because Torban is so stupidly stubborn that he'll risk his whole plan failing because he can't spend five seconds explaining it unless someone asks him to.

I don't care about trust. Would I like you to trust me? Sure. But thats not a major issue right now we've barely met so I don't expect it.

But none of you regrouped when I tried to explain.
The GM dropped us all together himself after you ignored me and I dropped a hint that I knew how to beat it. It's hardly unreasonable that after I tried to help and you shot me down that I want some actual acknowledgement. You realize if somebody would take 3 seconds to ask we could have avoided hours of this conversation. Instead of everybody just blaiming me for not sharing the information.
After I tried to share the information and you didn't listen.

Your all effectively blaiming me for the fact that you wouldn't listen to me and refusing to acknowledge it or take 1 little step to make up for it. And I'm the unreasonable one?

Why would we. You stated that there was danger and we had to get back to the carts and then vaguely hinted that you had a plan which you didn't go on to explain. One would think that you didn't need anyone's help or you would have said something about it.

But I did say something. I asked for people with magic to come to me. Which I point out none of those with magic actually did. Another case of being ignored. I literally said I needed help from people with magic. It's even in the quote.

I can quote it again in big bold leters if needs be. So I'll say again.

I did my part. I tried to warn you. I tried to help you. You all shot me down. I asked for help. You all shot me down again. I said I had a plan and after you all ignored me when I wanted to explain you now want me to explain it? After repeatedly ignoring me? It's not unreasonable to want somebody to say " would you mind explaining it. " or " Can you share what you know. "

How hard is that compared to what I've done?

Nope but it all comes back to the same point. You lot want to know the plan but not 1 of you is willing to actually ask me. How am I the one being unreasonable when my every request and attempt to help has been ignored?

Theres 10 players here and I'm the only one who's actually tried to work together. You lot didn't even work with each other lol. The fight began and every one of you completely forgot about being a team and ran off your own way.

I focussed on a plan that helps us all and uses your strengths.

So please. Explain how Torban expecting a couple of words of respect makes him the unreasonable one.

Let's look at things.
Scap wasn't here so he's clear.
GWG is running away.
USEC tried to abandon us without a second thought.
The rest of you are ignoring each other and throwing random attacks at it with no thought at all. Other then KJ and his partner who at least worked together a bit with the bombs. Well done on that by the way.

I've used the knowledge we've got to figure out how to fight it and tried to share it with you.

Because as you stated asking the plan and then having it explained would take a few minutes when we only have a few seconds. I wonder who said that...

I already have a way around that problem that I worked out like an hour ago. Which would have been seen if somebody would actually ask.

But answer me this. Ignoring me for the moment.

Whats all of your excuses for the fact that with 2 exceptions nobody is making the slightest effort to communicate or act as a team?

Wasn't exactly my plan either. Still no excuse for everybody to ignore there allies in a battle where it's obvious we have to work together.

Is any of this actually getting through? We have another battle coming up in the not to distance future where team work will be required and I will not be able to help you in that one I have my own problems to deal with in it.
I don't want to win my fight to find you lot dead because you didn't work together.
