No idea. I have elemental manipulation so in theory I can store the electric in my body for a little while.

Lucien knows what he wants to do in the fight no reason I shouldn't teach him a thing or 2 in the process.

Feint him mate.

Make an attack but stop half way, he will counter it and aim for where you would have been. Hit him when he counter he'll have exposed his flanks or back to you in the process.

Take advantage of that +8 dodge and move out of his way, I suppose, then stick him in the back.  A feint to dodge in one direction before you go in the other might also be a good way to prevent him from adjusting in time.
