It's possible to regrow it, or grow something else entirely, like a cat-person body (though I'm reasonably sure that cost Lyra some tokens). It's not a fully-described process, given that people almost always take the robobody given that it's better in every functional way. Lyra's a counterexample, and I think someone else might have been as well, but Lyra had to pay.

You can always get Xan to make you a body.
Or Toaster, although his amp is not that good for that, so he'd have to work very slowly.
Or maybe just persuade the Doctor or AM somehow. Maybe you'll find some way to amuse one of them and get them to give you a body at a reduced price.
Or maybe you can let the Doctor experiment with your mind/body for a reward, like that time he tested mindfuck on Faith for his anti-mindfuck system. Or give him a nice idea for your new body, something he'd be interested in trying.

Getting a normal body wouldn't be that expensive. They get more expensive the older you get. For you, 3-4 tokens would be acceptable.

You'd still need the biomass, and Lars has a zero in both int and medical (and a further -1 to the latter.)  I imagine things would turn out poorly.

Because we have tons of fucking robot bodies hanging around. There's piles of them in the back. But growing you a completely new human body that is a perfect copy of the old one? That takes effort.

You can just get a whole new one. Might be easier than mating two different systems.

How about I design a head for myself, to fit the system of a body I'm employing? I think it's possible, but how expensive is that token-wise to make one, I wonder?
