I'm thinking of trying to make a character in this again, but it doesn't look like ER is very friendly to those whose timezones make them be asleep for most of the time that piecewise is updating, is it?

Well, since ER doesn't update that quickly and PW does wait for players if necessary, it shouldn't be much of a problem.

PW updates once per 1-3 days right now, so it's quite friendly to all timezones.

ER updates about once a day or so, kinda. Provided you can post at least semi-often you're fine, and even if you can't post for a while the wiki gnomes will keep track of you.

Still does, but now that's 3 pages of people yelling/congratulating in OOC at whoever caused the latest mini apocalypse (we have no less than 2 going on right now). And then 2 more pages of tinker discussion, aka TECHNOBABBLE TO THE MAX!
