I would go for that sweet sweet cutting laser, which is one of my favourite weapons, but I'm short two. Unless some kind soul will lend me a pair of tokens?

@RC Wasn't the namite thrower very much deadly nearly every time it was used (especially that time you used in Hephaestus Assault)? I mean, 2 tokens for spewer of fiery all-consuming doom, with 1 token per canned torrent of fiery doom? The weapon price itself seems okay, given how simple it really is, and the goop cannister might be fine as well at one token, but don't you think the 'namite cannisters should cost more? Something around 4 tokens (=Tesla Arc), maybe, or even up to 7 or 9 (=High Energy Projector).
Or am I missing something here, like drastically reduced cannister size since then, or something? Was there a typo, perhaps?

Well, I bought a namite cannister sometime in the far past, and it cost 1 token I remember. If pw, or other people for that matter think 1 token per cannister is too low, it can be raised. 1 cannister only holds 10 units though, and that's not that much. Think large supersoaker tank I think. Hell, 1 tank is only good for sweeping a few times with it before it runs out. Also, namite cannister holds as much 'ammo' as a goop cannister (10 ill-defined units).

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Fine then. Hmmm. Were you using a different-sized tank when you did that inferno shtick on Hephaestus? You know, burning a whole building level full of enemies and melting the floor itself? I can't remember, but it seems much more likely at the moment.
Should then that larger tank also be available for sale, perhaps?

Well, with a full super-soaker sized tank that got expended fully (a near-full tank in a single turn) I could see it taking out those enemies (note that it started big fires, which then continued to do damage, it wasn't all 'direct damage'). There's only a single type of tank right now as far as I know.

Yeah, exactly. Then again, at that point it is probably equivalent to shooting through the whole gauss rifle magazine, potentially hitting up to ten targets, which seems equivalent enough. Oh well.

It was in my entry on the wiki so I assumed I still had it. If it's yours, just point me at the post and I'll make the edit. Or you can make the edit!

will have to do a bit of digging, but unless we have a wire crossed somewhere or she made more than one, I believe you're talking about simus's x3 civ gauss rifle that I've been using the entire last mission. Give me a moment where I pull up I said I had it.

Edit: Here it is:

Finish my mortar design, see if I can get it prototyped. If so, get the materials together and assemble it groundside. Regardless, also grab Simus's gauss rifle and ammo in the newbie fund(if available, regular rifle and ammo from the fund if not), Mk 1 suit, and then hit the shuttle.

That reminds, me, I'm gonna hit tinker real quick to review what the specs on the gun was again
