@ paris: only thing with that is that he'd need a monorazor, at least, for that scenario to work. Continuously reviving daemon spawn aren't as cool when shooting prey with lasers, instead of rending.

Technically, we didn't pose as a UWM ship. The HMRC was a department of the UWM, remember.

I never said we posed as one of their ships. I said 'pose as one of them' meaning 'one of their allies, one of their assets, one of their subordinates, one of their subdivisions, ...'

Well, considering we don't know how the assumed turret would have fared to a hail of lasers or bullets, we don't really have a fair standard of comparison to call it THAT effective.

Immortality isn't about not dying, it's about remaining alive. It's a fairly nebulous term as it is, with quite a lot of subsets - most common being natural immortality, i.e. not dying by any natural means.

Grate has quantum immortality. He both dies and remains living, like a pair of possible timelines merging, and his loss of memory is the universe's attempt to reconcile the paradox by using the original point of divergence.
