"Well, glad that you've given up that nice little ambition of yours with the princess then.

And now tell me wraith, why would a small-time necromancer would attempt to attack a small group of outlaws instead of, say, any other group of travellers or a village?"

"You are in his lair. That was enough hunt down the last group to Shakrela."

The princess mutters "That a three days walk away."

"And they didn't even cut down any of his 'troops' when they came through."

"And that proves that you lack a brain."
"On the contrary, my mere existence proves that."
Weseal would point out that...um...Taricus's character called himself an idiot if he (Weseal) wasn't such a wimp.

"Sucker bet."

"...Hmm, does he take payment for passing through by any chance?"
"Unless one of you are sitting on a horde of magic knowledge to do with necromancy, I can't think of anything he would be interested in."

"... So the necro won't let us run away without chasing us for at the very least three days worth of walking, and to top the boars we'll have to fight and kill a wraith who -I can't believe it- is a nice girl, just so that we'll feel extra bad in the off chance we don't die. Great, just great."
There's a pause as she sigh and facepalm
"Well it's fight or flight and flight isn't an option with tireless hordes chasing us down so let's kill that necro. Or die trying. Better dying trying than dying fleeing though. Not that I'm looking forward any of those options."

Hrothgar, who until this point had been deep in thought, finally spoke "I do not like this but... We should help the Wraith. As much as I hate helping an unholy spirit the simple fact is that she did not choose to be this way while the necromancer did. Plus he is creating more. If we eliminate him we will eliminate a huge threat to the surrounding country side. Maybe... Yes, I'm certain that it's the best course of action. Oh an Kyle, you ARE aware that she's dead right? Necrophelia? Not tolerated."

"Well, that is directly at copses who can't say no. Undead on the other hand, if they consent..." Joan start mumbling something that sound worriedly like writing up laws.

"Never actual though about that. Being undead, one does not think about 'getting busy'. Then again, I wasn't the most sexual active when alive." She take a moment "Maybe we should stop before I think of something that can't be unthought."
