Actually, it could be amusing to try and scratch some gibberish into the window. Make the poor idiot think your trying to communicate with him. See what happens.
+1. If that fails just run to the vents
Hooray for mind games! +1 if my thing doesn't work.

Two Rippers instantly jump into the vents. The single remaining Ripper calmly walks up to the window. It extends its blades, and jumps towards the window, with the intent of leaving a scratch. [1d10 -> 4 -> Glancing Hit] A loud noise follows, and a large scratch is left on the windows surface [1 damage].

The observer does not consider a leap at the window to be a communication attempt. He realizes that he really, really should sounds an alarm at this point and pushes a couple of buttons on the wall of his room. Suddenly loud sirens blare everywhere. The two vent Rippers get a full blast of the sirens noise as it's carried along the tiny space. Luckily they do not have eardrums that could be shattered. Along with the alarms, several gates within the ventilation system open, dispersing the environment specifically created to contain the nanobots. As the oxygen hits their surface, the Rippers momentarily appear to burst into flames, as the nanobots left on their surface burn off.

The lone Ripper follows its two brethren, who by this point have cut through a grate, and emerged out of the ventilation system and out into a random corridor. Unluckily a soldier stumbles upon them and pulls out his handgun.

Two Rippers present. Third will arrive in a turn.
Soldier distance from Rippers: 5 units
Max Charge Distance: 8 units [Requires Roll]

[ ] Charge!
[ ] Run in the other direction!
[ ] Back into the vent!

Back into the vent, wait for them to get close, and pounce on their face with all three!

Note that you won't get the damage bonus from charging.

And is that a kick or a blade attack?

POUNCE. We got two rolls so even if one is unlucky the other can still reach the man's face.

might I present an alternative? we stay in the vents, and find a way to kill out the flow of oxygen. it will slowly kill the people inside the building, and allow us to hunt the survivors down, as they try to get it back up. Failing that, maybe we can, of course, pounce on them, but use our third Ripper to charge at the guard with the blade.

+1 to this. We can't wait. If that soldier fires his gun or calls in for backup, being stuck in the vents won't help. I imagine it wouldn't take em to long to roll grenades or napalm the damn vents out. Besides, Our units rely on agility, You can't exactly be agile in a very small, tight enclosed space. Hell, it's been mentioned that are units will be weaker since we chose three of them. That means a few well placed bullets down the vent might tear into all three of em if we retreat back in there.

I prefer to try to cut off the hand with gun, or legs, that's what our charging attack is made for

The Rippers charge at the soldier. [4d2 -> 8][1d10 -> 2 -> Miss] The first Ripper does a perfect charge, but the soldier sidesteps at the last moment. Not having anything to stop its charge, the Ripper slides 3 units beyond the soldier. [4d2 -> 6][1d10 -> 3 -> Miss] The second does much the same. But has a more graceful stop and only slides a single unit, putting it in melee range with the soldier. [Ranged attacks have a chance of hitting either one. Cannot attack enemies outside of melee range, unless allowed.]

The soldier thinks of running, but the speed of the little creatures and a third Ripper flying out of a vent requires a different course of action. He takes aim at the closest Ripper [1d10 -> 7 -> Direct Hit][1d20-> 15 -> Torso][2 damage] and hits it square in the chest with a 9mm bullet. The Ripper lost no combat capabilities, as all hit parts had backups, but another shot into the innards like that could destroy the Ripper.

Situation:
Ripper3+++++Soldier+Ripper1++Ripper2
Ripper1 (2/4 Health, no damaged limbs)
Ripper2 (Too close to charge, requires move+attack to attack)
Ripper3 (Can charge 5 units)

Ripper1
[ ] Move out of melee range (Free Attack for soldier, can be dodged or parried)
[ ] Kick
[ ] Slash
[ ] ?

Ripper2
[ ] Move into melee range and kick
[ ] Move into melee range and slash
[ ] ?

Ripper3
[ ] Charge
[ ] ?
