I submit a public deposition clearly pointing out the lack of nuclear fuel available for private use. "Obviously."

Now wait though, where did we launch that from? We would almost certainly violate a nation's airspace with that. We need a license.

It was built on international waters, so we won't have to worry about violating any laws. Also that is why it landed back into the water because of a near vertical ascent.

OOC: Waffle, mind if I hijack come up with an rather vague RTD system for this game so people feel like they are doing more then just roleplaying?

IC:

After months of nothing, and at least one blood curling scream from the basement, Kevak emerges from the basement, having not washed for quite literally months and covered in dried blood, this time when the secretary sees him it is she who screams incoherently, as Kevak, no longer has a +Lab Coat+ but instead -Tattered Rags-, he now has a rather fluffy bloodsoaked tail and some rather fluffy wolf ears, also soaked with blood, he smiles at her creepily, upon seeing the fangs, the secretary turns pale backs away slowly and runs screaming out the door, Kevak waves with a clawed hand and begins ransacking her desk for anything eatable As he mutters about running out of assistants and needing new ones to himself.

Assets Lost: Three Dabbing Geneticists, several various zoo animals, a +Lab Coat+, some paper, a computer, lots of time and energy.

Assets Gained: Chimeric Implantation T1 (enables the implantation of full limbs, may have side effects such as animalistic behaviors, social withdrawal, abnormal social behaviors, mild to extreme extroverted behaviors, mild to severe insanity, and in some cases cannibalistic tendencies.
Blood stained -Tattered Rags-
Blood covered [Partial Chimeric] Head of the TDAC Department, !May be semi-insane!, [Is_Cannibal], [Mild_Extrovert] Name: Kevak Tevol

OOC: Yes, I rolled for all of those side effects, sorta glad I got a low insanity roll, it was one number away from being sane but highly eccentric, woulda been hard to play as a completely loony character so I'm glad I got low tier Semi-Insane.

I have some progress right here. Multiple orbits and a few failed moon landings.

Chief Engineer reporting for duty!

I have that list, by the way.

List: The Galapagos Islands (Small, equatorial, finches, small equatorial finches)

And for projects, can I suggest a ringworld incorporating a supercooled quantum maglev, large scale solar panels, and space elevators?

The Galapagos islands... sounds like a vacation to me.

As head of Civilian Craft, I require either a squad of commandos to take over a shipping company, or, god forbid, funds to buy vessels to ship materiel to the Galapagos islands.

Of course, I could embezzle the funds, but... Wait, can I embezzle from the rest of the Great Axelords to pay for actually getting shit done?
Or do I have to rob my country?

I just had a brilliant idea. Can we enslave the natives of the Galapagos islands without the UN noticing and train them to be commandos so I can take over a shipping company?

I'll be the leader of the Special Containment Force.  Someone needs to be there to prevent total destruction of the colony by experiments that wind up being hostile.  Most else is outside my department, and therefore I attempt to avoid it.

Does the severity increase with dosage, if so, at what rate?  This, alongside a cybernetics program could improve anyone under my command so that we can deal with any rogue experiments.

Oh, you're under some observation now.

What natives? That's UN protected territory. Although I suppose Zoological Warfare could scrape up some commandos for you...

We must enslave the UN garrison there! First, they're already trained - saves time. Second, we need to be rid of them anyway to get any work done. Third, having UN troopers run around at our back and call lends us credibility in front of the fools who do not yet know us for an international terrorist organization.

It's in your interest - else I'll unleash the Razor Petal Dance: it's like the most deadly ninja technique you can imagine, aimed at your wallets.

No.  That is just...no.

If you're wanting to become in charge of an area, go after a politically unstable area and make it stable, if only a small part.  That way, you're getting good publicity (at least until all these experiments you are trying to perform get out), likely a great deal of interest for development, and a greater amount of resources.

Here are some that fit that criteria:
Bangladesh
Venezuela (Has a fair amount of oil reserves, so that )
Argentina
Somalia
Sudan
Kazakhstan
