1. You can definitely read minds. And do some other stuff. Try experimenting. Heck, if you just type "Experiment" and roll anything except a 2 you'll learn something. (Although if it's a 1 or a 6, there might be side effects, so don't try it in a moving vehicle if you're not the risk-taking type.)
