Kaia's nervous fidgeting intensified.
Well, when I woke up after the meteor hit, I had...changed.  My skin turned yellow and I seemed to be taller than before, though I was very disoriented at the time so I'm not sure how reliable...  Anyway, when I went to my parents afterwards, I kind of... electrocuted them a bit.  I don't know how it happened, but as soon as they touched me they got shocked.  I must have changed back on the way here though as my body seems to be back to normal...well almost.  I don't seem to electrocute people any more. a fact that I'm very happy about as I don't particularly want to shock everyone I touch."
Just as she finished speaking, Kaia heard one of the other girls speak up about her changes.
"So you can hear everything around you?  Maybe you'll be like me and you'll change back after a while, though you don't seem to look any different so maybe it's not the same... I don't know, I'm still trying to figure exactly what happened to me and if I'm actually back to normal now."

[Kansa]

"I... I'm sorry." It really made Miyuki feel that her change was trivial compared to what had happened to the other girl "at least you're back to normal now though, it might have just been a one off thing. My change isn't much compared to yours but I hope I do change back as well, it's better in here but outside it was almost unbearable" As she talked to the other girl she realised that she didn't even know her name "by the way my name is Miyuki what is yours?"

"My name's Kaia, it's good to meet you Miyuki.  Sorry, am I pronouncing that right?  I've only been in Japan for a few days."

You decide to head for a clinic.

Approaching the receptionist, Hiromi asked on whom she should see for 'skin issues'. A dermatologist perhaps?

You are in a waiting room, painted a pale yellow-green.
"What kind of skin issues? If it's minor enough, we might be able to handle it here; you might have to go to a hospital for something more severe."

"...Allergies? Tingles? I'm unsure ma'am. If I could get a check-up to ensure that I wouldn't need to go to the hospital, then that'd be great, thank you."
Define and conclude! Check-up time?

Kimiko stares at Kaia and Miyuki for a couple seconds. "I thought this was a hospital, not a mental ward. I was just fucking joking about the UFO thing."

"How dough?" Minu is really really confused.

"We're not sure."
Aiko heads out the door.

Yukari sighs at Kimiko, before turning to Miyuki and Kaia.
"It seems I wasn't the only one to change. My sympathies towards you, Kaia and Miyuki.

Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Yukari."

"How dough?" Minu is really really confused.

"We're not sure."
Aiko heads out the door.

Minu is presumably carried out in her arms, trying to remember...

Trying her best to ignore Kimiko's comment, Kaia turns to face the new speaker.
"It's nice to meet you, Yukari.  If you don't mind me asking; what happened to you after the meteor hit?"

Yukari shows her her hurt wrist.
"I, uh, sprained my wrist trying to dodge it."

[Kansa]

Miyuki ignored Kimiko and instead focused on the two people she had just met a smile forming on her face as she did so

"It's a pleasure to meet you both and yes you pronounced it just fine Kaia."

Yukari smiles back.
"Were you hurt by the meteors?"
Listening in, Fuuka experiences déjà vu for some reason.

"My arm got broken and I got cut up a bit but I didn't get any permanent damage, Kaia got it a lot worse than I did"

"Oh. That sounds....horrible."
She looks sympathetic.

Katelyn, having found her band-aid, returns to the deck of the ship and tries out her new ability for a little while.
