It's where my starting province is.  At least, I assume V stands for venus, if Me stands for Mercury.  It's the last whole planet left up for grabs ._.
They haven't settled all of Venus, of course, just a province.

I know, I know. I was more aiming that at the GM. If the GM says Venus is habitable, go inhabit it.

Oh, right.  I'd assume so.

Let me know if I missed anything or made any mistakes. Everything else should be more or less obvious (Sol Broadcasting Network is for major events like combat, reports under the different faction spoilers are for minor events like construction). Moving Pilots into a Unit in the same province costs no AP, so you have no excuse not to put them into something ASAP.

The SP-Arrows and Millepattes are generic units that anybody can build, and their (terrible) stats are listed in the second post. Basically they exist to help stop your Capital from being rushed.

After much thought I've decided that using AP to start producing Units is rather silly, so your actions look good!

(In other words, you no longer have to spend AP to start a project to build some Units. You can just build them using whatever Production you have instead. AP is still needed to move Units out of the Unit Pool, however.)

Could we get a key for the political map?

"This session of the Council of Six has begun."
"About time."
"Shut it."
"Can't we get along?"
[glo=wpink2,,300]"Not likely, bub."
[glow]gray,2,300]"Quiet."
...
"Excellent. Now, then. You are aware of the other factions rising as SysGov collapses?"
Sounds and gestures of assent.
"Excellent. There are two we should be concerned about more, given that we are interested in Earth space primarily."
"The Chinese and Bastion."
"The Terran Empire and the Earth Defense League, ma'am."
"Whatever."
"Indeed. These are, incidentally, not minor threats like the Americans, Europeans, Mercurians, and most of the Stations are expected to provide. They have ships, they have combat androids similar to our own--"
"They're mecha. We're fighting mecha battles."
"A bit simplistic, but yes, the LCAs will be an important part of the upcoming war. The two sides seem to be opposites in some ways. We could play them off each other--"
"Why?"
"Hm?"
"Why try to destroy one? Wouldn't it make sense to have both? If we play them off each other, either it fails and we have two enemies, or it works and we have one probable enemy, stronger from what territory of the other he claimed. It's lose-lose. We should try to ally both."
"It makes sense. Highly skilled pilots are rare, sir."
"What a glorious revolution this will be!"
"We'll have chances for war against everyone else."
"...Unexpected. Alright. All in favor of this?"
Assent.
"Excellent. Now, to consider lesser matters..."
And they talk, and I feel like I have done enough RP for now.

Spoiler: For My Reference (click to show/hide)

Spoiler: Orders (click to show/hide)

To the Terran Empire and the Earth Defense League:
"Greetings. We from NERIELS wish to extend a warm welcome to our future co-overlords of the Solar System. We would like to start by proposing a small-scale agreement between our two nations.
 • No hostile interactions (ie, war) between nations.
 • A division of Earth. NERIELS would like the Arctic, North and Central America, and Alaska.
 • A Mutual Defense Agreement--ie, if some third party goes to war with you, NERIELS would go to was with said third party.
 • Research is to be shared as soon as possible.
These terms are negotiable if needed, and may be added onto at any moment if we agree.
Sincerely,
The High Council of NERIELS

P.S. Can non-Aces use mechs?

Errr... Sure, why not?

P.S. Can non-Aces use mechs?

Of course! This wouldn't be a giant robot game without a bunch of chaff friendly mechs to provide support! The only thing non-Aces can't pilot are Prototypes, which are special, super-powered Units you get for designing a new Unit.
