Bayonetta could pull it off.

She could pull anything off...

My Minotaur Outsider uses his enemies as weapons.

Most of what attacks him are Kobolds and Goblins, which are about 1/4 his size, so he can literally grab them with two fingers, and throw them across the screen; often colliding with other enemies, causing gore explosions.

The humble short sword fills all my needs.

Rain of random junk (Stones, knives, bolts, limbs) followed by several hits from sword usually does it.

I have an affinity for Scimitars.  I know they're not different from other swords, but it just feels like they're better at separating head from body.  Seriously, I've had a few adventurers just cleave through bandits using just an iron scimitar.

usually a hand of an enemy, switching hands when i find a bigger creature. (dragon claws make good weapons) bonus points when you reanimate the hand when throwing it.

I threw a dragon corpse at a living dragon (caused a bruise) and then reanimated the dragon, all while sneaking. Zombie versions of animals are much more powerful so it ended very quickly. As for weapons, I like the large dagger you start with.

For in the future: Magic weapons. Because we've ALL seen the icon on the help menu.

My adventurers prefer to use a "Iron Slicing Knife". Knives and forks in general are small enough to be very effective at stabbing, and the iron ones can one-shot dragons if you stab them in the brain.

I've been messing around with bows and sneaking. I got two kills before I died once...
Although other than that, I generally use short swords.

I (somehow) wield a marble coffin that i fill with the corpses of all I have slain (to make an already heavy object even heavier) in one hand, and the other holds a book made out out of fucking platinum. The book can crush skulls, and the coffin grows ever stronger and now that is has a few dead dragons in it, it sends people flying a mile backwards to explode in a pile of gore. Gore which I then place into the coffin, increasing its weight and power.

I like biting things though most creatures bleed out way too fast.  Nothing kills boogeymen faster.  Torn off limbs make good throwing weapons too.
