No naked fanatics.

Actually, mace men might actually stand a fairly good chance against the elephants, if they have enough numbers on their side, which they likely will.

I would prefer horseback archer scouts for our special, if we can't have the navy. For maximum Mongol, of course. Mmm. For positions, I will be the economic adviser, unless Highmax or Hoary Marmot (something like that) wants to be it.

I call dibs on military tactician, although I'm pretty sure that's a role that all of us will be sharing.

I would just like to point out that besides Flanged Maces and Morningstars, blunt weaponry also includes Flails, Bolas for ranged implements, and for the spear equivalent we have War Hammers. Also Tonfa's for close-quarters in the same way a knife might be used, and Slapjacks for weapons-on-the-cheap-for-militia-conscripts.

All of which will be in Cyan Army's arsenal.

I'm also interested in the update for the blue derail game.

I would like the shock troops, but that's the norseman part of me telling me to go that way.

And you can be the economic advisor, I want to go for military advisor, but something tells me to go for science advisor... So lets roll with the !!!SCIENCE!!!

Horse archers are going to be rather difficult to obtain in this game, so I may suggest going with the shock troops, since you guys don't seem to want the navy anymore.

So.

Cyan Team
Mace men.

Red Team
Nothing yet.

Blue Team
Shock Troops.

Purple Team
War Elephants.

I may just give the Red Team something so I can go ahead and start the thread up...

Give them fire. What business does a red team have not carrying around greek fire?

Alright, I'm placing the thread up.

Since Cyan, Blue, and Purple all get strong melee units, I'm giving Red better archers and siege.

Go PTW in here for when I start the game some time.

Okay, new derail game in the very nice color of Cobalt Green, otherwise known as #3D9140 for Hex purposes.
You are Masthachez (Mast-A-Ch-Ez), and your computer has broken down, to no ones particular fault, especially no fault to the person who may or may not, in some sort of drunken frenzy attempted to insert a live fish (Salmon, for those curious) into the disk drive.
God knows you tried everything to get it working again, including and up to inserting a questionably live gull into the very same disk drive which (For some inexplicable reason) Didn't seem to fix the problem.

And to think you used to believe that There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly was an instructional manual for solving any problem involving some sort of organic creature having been inserted into an orifice where it may not originally have belonged.
You ordered the D.I.Y kit for Fixing Fantastical Fish Fixated Fixes about 3 Days, 9 Hours, 24 minutes and 20...21 seconds ago, yet it still hasn't seemed to arrive, looks like some serious beeswax (Business) is in order.
OBJECTIVE: FIX YOUR COMPUTER!

Well no wonder our hands are bloody, we have damn caltrops in our pocket.
Empty pockets, then wash hands. Then take an ibuprofen.

Oh god, that innocent seagull, it was just doing it's seagull thing, calling over every seagull in a five mile F****** radius the instant you give it a chip, and you killed it, you mercilessly cut it's head off and...
Wait, what the hell are you on about, you caught a seagull with a net and completely unsuccessfully attempted to put it in the disk drive, it was (And still is) Quite perfectly fine, if a bit annoying constantly skwaking around the apartment.
What were you even doing with those caltrops in the first place, is the real question.
Items and Statuses(Retroactively) Gained/Removed!:
Removed Bloodied Hands LV1.
Net (M)(It's just laying on the table next to your broken computer right now.)
Annoying Seagull: (A bit annoying, 1- to concentration rolls as long as you are in the same room as it.)
Anyway, you take out the caltrops and plop them on the table (As well as chuck out that lint), wash off your hands (Not too many injuries, so that's nice) and look in your medicine cupboard:
(1)
Nope, doesn't seem to be much in the way of ibuprofen here, in fact, not much at all, perhaps you should get some painkillers and the such later on... oh, Wait, here we go!
It's label is scratched off, but it's probably fine, you tip one out and get it down with some water.
HEy, didn't you Have a Big party yesterday because Of New... Years?...
Statuses (Retroactively) Gained!:
Trashed Apartment (Yup, place is pretty messy, no particular Malus but you should always have a clean living place, right?)
High As Hell (Whoa man, you be trippin.)
...
Whoa, hey.
Well this place is a bit weird, you seem to be lying belly up seeing this alien sky, there aren't any stars, but there is something resembling a moon with a small staircase shaped tongue leading all the way down to where you are, miles away, but only about a few minutes walk, obviously.
The platform you find yourself lying upon seems to be a odd thing, with near flawless ruby reaching up from the sides of this area to form a dome around the top of the enclosure, giving everything a nice red tint, the ground itself is simple grass, swaying in a breeze which does not exist here.
