Oh my Gaia, it actually is a catsuit and a monocle.  Was not expecting that.

Indeed. Little Nappy will always be my favourite outfit... But this one is pretty swanky too.

I wonder how the general public feels about this. The soon-to-be queen dressing up in ridiculously filly dresses, Napoleonic military uniforms and catsuits with monocles probably leaves them worried about her mental state.
