Less loose stones and slaves?

I seem to be getting fewer stones when mining in masterwork. Is this just a random occurrence or is this intended? If it is intended, how can you disable it? I cannot find the button in the settings screen that changes this. Also, is it possible to disable the slaves feature? Thanks!

Only rubbles gives no stones, all the rest is the same as vanilla.

Slaves? (If you mean the broodlords/broodmothers, which can breed slaves for you: Just dont order any, done.)

Stone is 25% always and there's no way to mod that.

You're probably just feeling like it's that way if you run into patches of rubble that don't provide stone.  It may also be that you don't have your miners in the masons guild so it much much slower to level them up. So in relation to vanilla it's going to take longer to clear an area to get those stones.

Could be that he hasn't played since, what, v.31 of vanilla where the chance of stone being left behind was a function of the miner's skill rather than a flat 25% rate.

No, I know about the 25% drop rate. I only got about one rock for every ten tiles mined.

No, I know about the 25% drop rate. I only got about one rock for every ten tiles mined.
Impossible. (except Rubble/Ruined Brick/Living Stone, which has a 0% drop chance)

no. All stones that had those, drop stones now as well. I figured its not needed anymore, since the change to 25% dropchance.

I can only use a exceedingly old version, as someone decided to remove the program that lets me get at the newones and I cant get a new one.
