Give the cops a firsthand up-close demonstration of why Rhinos can charge jeeps head-on and win.
Don't mess with a rhino, the rhino will win. most pistols and even most hunting rifles aren't even large enough caliber to penetrate a rhino's hide. it practically takes a cannon to hurt the things.

Add large amounts of trans fat to all the food in the police station and the cop's houses. In a few years, some of the cops will fall over dead from obesity and other bad stuff!

Also, turn out to secretly be Darth Vader in a dragon suit. I bring in a battalion of stormtroopers, before flying off to my death star to begin the countdown that I really should have started in secret.
