Well it looks like he will have to die a horrible death then.

Let's carry on.

Oglaf's character will be removed from the game next turn if he doesn't respond.

Turn 2
Tower Alarm: Inactive

[] Abram continued searching for controls. He found a ring-like piece and tried to pull it... *SNAP*
It closed around his finger. The rest of the device now seemed to rotate freely around the ring, ticking as it moved, but only in one direction. It was a wrench.

Guy trudged over, starting to walk normally again as he adjusted to the boots he was wearing. He felt lighter than ever, as if he was gliding along the ground.

He reached the light and held out his hand. Mr. Light responded by holding out a metal rod--that must be his hand!

[6] Tiberias attempted to move slowly toward the light, gripping his weapon tightly in his hand. He was not used to walking around in the boots he was wearing, so when he stepped on a body and tried to lift his other foot off of the ground he accidentally pushed himself off and into the air, floating in a straight line and spinning rapidly.

--

Maryne got up, keeping the head with her, and used her other hand to feel what was in front of her. She walked forward, pushing aside a metal canister with her feet. It stuck to her boot, but she kept going until she reached a wall. She turned left and followed the wall until she realized that her right foot would occasionally attach itself to the wall. Maryne found that she could step up onto the wall and walk on it as if it were the floor.

Neil used the faint light to illuminate surrounding objects. He lifted himself up off the ground and promptly realized that there was no gravity.
What he saw with the light was reflections of his datapad on what he assumed to be the walls and floor of the room. When he looked more closely, he also noticed bodies littering the floor, both standing still and resting against the floor. Some of the bodies had areas exposed to the air which were covered in a teal-colored paste, while others were bloody.

Toom: The gun had a blocky shape and appears to have a slide on the top. There was a magazine release on the side of the grip, and upon releasing it, Toom found that the magazine was heavy by itself and thus the gun was probably loaded.

Toom holstered the gun and checked the body it came from. The goggles the person was wearing were clean on the inside, unlike Toom's, so he took them and left his own wrapped around the body's hand. The body had a medical kit and a notepad attached, although the latter was soggy with the same stuff that covered everything else.

Toom heard footsteps--specifically, the clanging of metal boots on a metal floor.

switch to standing on the wall, take several cautious steps up until I'm probably? out of the reach of people on the ground, then stop and self-assess. identify everything that I'm wearing and/or carrying as best as I am able. Even if I don't understand what something is offhand, take note that I have the "unidentified" item. afterwards sit as still as I can and listen to the sounds around me, and see if my eyes have adjusted to the darkness yet.

When I hit a nearby wall, push off towards the light. Try not to land by it, and not get hurt.

Quickly greet the maniac shaking my wrench. After greeting him, try to take the wrench off my finger. Then, wrench in hand, walk in a line in any direction to see if I can find a wall. Assuming I'm able to find a wall in the darkness, use the wrench's light and my hands to see if I can find any interesting features on the wall, like a door, doorway, a panel of some sort, or a light.

((Sorry for the late reply. Got busy with some tests and easily forgot about this.))

It's alright, I just have to make sure other people have a fair chance to join in since we haven't really taken off yet. You know what I mean?

When I hit a nearby wall, push off towards the light.

What are you planning to do when you get there?

Check what the soggy stuff might be through avenues of touch, hearing, what little sight I can muster and smell. Keep low to the ground or nearest equivalent. Don't move too much. And don't taste it. Seriously. Don't do it.

Warily make a quick check of the surrounding area to be completely sure there's nothing alive, then investigate the bloody bodies.

Turn 3
Tower Alarm: Inactive

Guy: YES!

"HELLO MR. LIGHT!"

Guy firmly gripped the wrench and began to swing its handle up and down.

"Why hello there--AAH!" Abram shouted in response to his finger being twisted. [5] He gently slipped the wrench's handle out of the grip of the gentleman shaking it, then started to back away.
[3] He tried to pull his finger out of the loop on the wrench, but it was closed too tightly to slip out. He considered pressing more of the buttons on the handle, but he didn't remember what other capabilities the wrench had.

After deciding, Abram started walking in a direction until he found a wall, which he shone the LED from the wrench on to identify whatever features were on the wall. It was smooth and metallic, reflecting the LED clearly, along with Abram's own face, albeit dimly. He followed the wall to the right until he saw that there was a sort of circular lip in the wall, which contained another rounded piece of metal which was a different color from the rest (the blue light made it hard to tell which color exactly).

Suddenly, something seemed to land on the wall over Abram's head, making a thud.

[3] Tiberias' feet snapped onto the wall, blowing his cover. There was clearly a person holding the light, however, and that person began to shine the light onto Tiberias after hearing him.

--

Maryne was wearing a rather heavy armor vest, which slowed her movement down a lot and made it harder to stand straight or turn. Her utility belt had a rectangular object with some sort of prong sticking out at the corner--Maryne couldn't remember what it was. It also had a gun holster--although she wasn't allowed to carry one along with some of the others in her group... she still remembered that part. Finally, she had a pack containing some cold, metallic chunks which clung to the inside of the package. She had picked them up recently.

Her eyes certainly hadn't adjusted to the dark yet, she only just woke up.

[2] Toom placed the pad into his mouth between his hands and pressed on it from both sides, squeezing some of the fluid out. The droplets floated around and stuck to his hands. They felt like water, so he assumed that the stuff which was condensed over his clothes and skin was some kind of poisonous vapor which was sprayed into the room somehow. That matched up with his memories of screaming first coming from people near the edges of the room. Toom had tried not to breath when he realized there was a gas, which probably saved his life as he didn't inhale too much before the neurotoxin part kicked in.

Neil investigated further, and saw that practically all of the bodies were bleeding from their noses or mouths in some way or another. There were droplets of blood floating in the air overhead, reflecting the light from his datapad. Some of the victims were probably moving as they were bleeding and so the droplets caught onto the rest of their clothing.

Maryne

Interesting... so, I'm not trusted with a gun, but am supposed to be protected. I've got some kind of utility belt too. and it used to be well lit here, since my eyes are taking a while to adjust.
unhurridly, slowly wander around and take note of any objects I encounter. Move at an uneven pace, at random intervals totally ceasing movement to simply sit still and listen. Attempt to compile a mental list of what is in the immediate area around me, and loot anything useful, particularly any weapons, off anyone I find that is dead, unconscious, or otherwise helpless.

((also, GM: please update the status section of the turn, particularly people's inventories.))
