Rip and tear at its leg, jump off if it begins to fall over.

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

Dino Arena - Round 2 Turn 6 - Eating faces and other delights
« Reply #216 on: November 11, 2013, 07:36:11 pm »

Secure my grip and continue ripping at the teno.

A sudden jolt catches you off balance as you strike and you go tumbling off!

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

(Attack 1+0 vs 10+1, botch, you take 5 damage)

Rip and tear at its leg, jump off if it begins to fall over.

You tear at it's right leg, your claws nearly reaching the bone.

(Attack 6+2 vs 4+1, Damage 6 dealt)

Action: Start biting it's tail! Nom nom nom!

*Woosh* The tail sweeps past you and you lunge. You miss your mark and taste only air.

(Attack 3+3 vs 7+1, Miss)

Mock Attack the target

You hiss and roar darting in and out at the creature. It turns to face you and bellows unhappily before charging you. You dodge out of the way just in time as it stomps over the the place you were standing.

(Cunning 2+2 vs 1-1, Success, +1 Attack for all teammates, but +1 against you.)

Quote from: Teno
charge the one making all the fuss

You start forward as best you can on your painfully wounded legs toward scapheap. But the nimble little creature darts out of the way.

(Attack 4-0 vs 6-1)

Wild attack that leg!

You dig in your vicious claws over and over again shredding the muscle of it's left leg. This limb can no longer support it's weight, it starts limping.

(Attack 7+2 vs 1+1, Dealt 14 Damage, Wound Inflicted, Mobility limited)

Charge furiously at the thing! Eat it's face!

You do devastating damage to it's head and face, ripping away skin, jaw muscle. A flap of hide hangs over one eye and blood trickles across it's other one.

(Attack 9+2 vs 2+1, Damage 16, Wound Inflicted + Impaired Vision status effect)

Nice pic, although the species look a bit off. Where'd you find it? Just a deviantart search?

Get up, find an opportunity to strike one of the uninjured (or the least-injured) limbs!

Two things:
1) PTW
2) At this point, wouldn't it be wiser to wait until it runs out of vigor?

Yes, and we could also sit around and debate the philosophical ramifications of a group of predators attacking a weaker adversary in hopes of reaching some sort of tithing system where the weaker animals will give away their dead/dying to the predators to end their suffering, keep the predators fed, and the non-dying herbivores keep not being dead.

But that's for cowards! The good folks at home are paying to watch these savage bastards rip poor defenseless children to fucking shreds! They paid to watch a raptor track and hunt a defenseless creature before it tears the screaming bastard limb from mother fuckin' limb! So I salute our blood thirsty contestants and remind them that failing to please the crowd results in less bloody food to eat.

Move to Body. Attack Body.

This is too easy, so I'm very much aware that once this thing's down, we'll probably have to defend it. A few of us should conserve vigor.

I'm 60-70% certain that raptors didn't hunt like that.

I spent quite a few turns scouting for other jerks looking to steal from us.
Want me to go back to that since it looks like this will be over soon?

Rip off some more skin, latch onto it's face.
