Having finished breakfast, Delphinium and Selina need to decide what to do. They could visit the PRT psychiatrist, who can be visited pretty much any time she does not have an appointment. Selina could do her paperwork, or she could make that drawing of Argonaut.
As they are considering their options, they are approached by Slither.
"Heh. Hello, Selina. I see that you are in here despite not being a Ward?" He waves his hand. "Don't worry about it. You're going to be a Ward, pretty much everyone knows. Anyways, there's a meeting at 11 for all the heroes to attend about the Bones. You might want to come. Don't worry about rules; you can go pretty much anywhere in HQ as long as Delphinium is with you."

_{"O-o-okay... um... wh-wh-when d-d-do I d-do the... p-p-paper work...?"} Selina seems pretty nervous and a little afraid.

((I'm lucky that the only two currently playing people who have experience with Selina's are Gold and Wolf, so many new interactions to gage!))

((Id still be playing but frankly im losing interest rapidly, i told GWG that i wanted to play a worm style superhero game so that i could fight an endbringer and to my delight he turned around an made one... then he gave me a power completetly useless against endbringers, shut down every bit of utility i tried to wring from it then locked me in a cell with nothing to do and has left me there for weeks...))

Partly extenuating circumstances (e.g. major psychological issues), part reactions, part no one vouched for Steven, part I hadn't thought of that.

By the end of the day, probably. I have a plan to play through...although you could try to argue your case.
