Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

Selina mind can't handle this, couldn't ever... She was gonna snap, her tears flowing her cries of anguish, pain, and total fear... It was too much... Too much...

He noted that thinkers and pre-cogs usually do weird things like that for long term plans. Or maybe she is just a fucking moron.

Kevin looks at his surroundings noting all the various items of fallen PRT officers or debris that he could reasonably crawl to. The The locations of the players involved in the battle Furniture, vehicles, the color of the sky, where he himself was.[observation skill]

((You could use a radio (or computer if you have set it up for blind people) to listen to the news. A fight right outside the Hero's headquarters would reach the news very quickly.

And an idea for later, if your power is sensitive enough: You could get a tinker to build you a special screen that would allow you to "see". It would have pixels made from 3 small pockets of water. You could control the "colour" of a pocket by giving it different density or contents or state (solid, liquid, gas) and its "brightness" by changing its quantity.

Speaking of solids, can you launch pieces of ice? Or sense the outlines of things when humidity is high?))
If thats the case i have no idea why GWG was waiting for my action to run the turn, but honestly how does that even work... even my brain is made of stone, there are no squishy organic parts left to be susceptable to impact stunning.
((A shot can still surprise youor throw you off balance, thus giving you a penalty for next round. And if the gun is strong enough, it can even break pieces off of you.))
((What is even left for steven to fear after being buried alive and becoming a "monster"?
Youd have to find something that would scare the shit out of everyone present on a fundamental level.))
((Fears don't always have to be justified or logical (like fear of mice, cockroaches, the number 13, etc.). Or related to physical things (like fear of failure, abandonment, what other people think, etc.).))

All fairly good questions

The special display would have to wait until someone forces him to reveal his powers, he does not like people suffering. But does not think of himself as a hero so he keeps quiet, plus use different impurities for the colours, he can see them.

Delphinium, seeing the monster strung up as he was, recognized that hopelessness would probably be the best way to make him stop especially if she suppressed his rage first.  She released a calming pulse, followed shortly by a hopeless pulse.

Releasing his grip on Bullhit steven drags his arms across the front of bullhits armor converting it into stone then flows into the lamp post replacing all the stone and string in his body as he does so before leaping back out and driving an iron fist into Bullhit's temple via another phasing strike.

[Bullhit: 11]

[Piasa: 9]
[Steven Jerle: 16]
[Phantasm: 14]
PRT Officer, Steven, Sliver, Phantasm, Bullhit, String-Em-Up, Piasa, Delphinium

[12+4v20!-5][14]
Steven swings his body, but the PRT officer's beanbag strikes him in the shoulder anyhow. This does nothing.
[18][11+3v13][15+3v19]
Steven manages to turn part of Bullhit's armor to stone before gliding through the lamppost, managing to carefully replace much of his body with metal, including all of one arm. He also looks cool while doing it. Steven drives an iron fist into Bullhit's head, knocking him silly.
Sliver contemplates asking for some kind of gun. Not for the first time, either.
[17+2, 20+1, 6+1-3, 13+1, 11+1, 14-5]
Phantasm transforms her smoky form into some kind of weird, monstrous thing almost resembling a pile of dirt. It reminds Steven of when he was buried...he goes a bit weak in the knees. There's no way he's getting out of this, is there?
On the other hand, Bullhit takes one look at it and curls up a bit. He should be out of the fight for a while.
[11,9-2]
Steven gets an arm entangled a bit.
Piasa looks at Selina.
"Are you alright?"
[9-2,15-2]
You mildly enhance his fear, then make him feel hopeless.

Consumed by fear and hopelessness steven drops to his hands and knees then places his arms over his head and begins screaming "im not a monster" under his breath over and over.

You broke the rule of "Don't be unlucky enough for the GM to forget to do your turn, or else the GM won't do your turn."

Kevin notes that the PRT's weapons are all either in the hands of people/corpses trapped in the containment foam (which is pretty much finished expanding) or in the hands of the one PRT guy not trapped. Most people are inside, many in the containment foam, but there is the aforementioned PRT officer outside. A bit down the sidewalk, Phantasm is floating in the air near a whimpering Bullhit and a somewhat startled guy made of rock, metal, and trace quantities of rubbery strands. There is no furniture outside, but there are cars rumbling by. Kevin is on the edge of the sidewalk; he can't remember if he landed there or shifted a bit out of the street to avoid getting hit by the pretty significant traffic. The sky is gray.

It would be difficult to get the weapons out of the containment foam.  He crawls to the nearest glob of containment foam that have various bodies and PRT weapons trapped in it. He made sure he was at least 2 feet from it.
1. He extends a blade 3 feet and tries to puncture the foam.
if it doesn't puncture ignore the rest.
if it does puncture go to step 2
if something else besides the above happens abort.

2. try pulling on the blade.
if it cannot be released from the foam go to step 3
If it can be released go to step 4.
If something else besides the above happens move on to step 3 anyway.

3. Remove the tattoo allowing for the control and synthesis of energy blades on his body.
If something horribly wrong happens abort.
If Kevin is released from the foam put the tattoo back on and go to step 4.
if Kevin is still somehow stuck to the foam, give up.

4. did the foam expand further?
if yes move away from the foam so that the 2 foot distance remains.
if no then stop
If something else happens stop.

Just FYI, the containment foam is mostly in the building. It is extending out the doorway, but Kevin would have to crawl past the PRT officer to get to anywhere that might have weapons.

Also, did I mention that there are living people in the foam? Two PRT officers, one superhero, Selina?
