So, it seems the general consensus for time is Modern. We still need a place. Random town? Brocksdale? that... grim place someone mentioned?

((The suggested power thing.))
Ah. Yeah, it's hard to design a trigger event for that. As it happens, replace "advice and information" with "powers" and you have the power of one of the more infamous villains of the Wormverse.
((Ah, that explains it. I just thought that having someone who acts like a walking afterlife would be interesting to RP as, didn't realize the horrific implications and similarities :P))

If said villain captured your spirit you'd basically make one of the weirdest transhuman devices I've heard of.

((I think it would be annoying for the villain having a small afterlife attempting to help them :P Though I was considering having a side-effect of his powers to be that whoever kills their current holder gains it, so the purgatory continues until the current holder dies from accidental or natural causes, or suicide.))

The villain in question already has that, and that's how their power works.

You lucky duck Scrood.  Though I do have to plead that you choose power resistance instead of power nullification.
Potentially serious spoilers
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
If you are taking nullification alongside what you already have and two other powers, it may be a bit gamebreaking.

@ Empiricist there are actually two characters like what you described one transfers their own soul to the person who killed them and the other takes the souls of those who have died around them.

((Los angeles, toronto, San Diego, Minneapolis. My vote goes to whichever one of these cities has the most votes. if there is a tie then i vote los angeles

Also Kevin's power is bad ass. I haven't decided yet what the other 2 powers are going to be or how to interpret the power resistance. I need to make a list of things to consider. being mistaken for a mass murderer is one. Probably one I wouldn't have thought of otherwise, Thanks!

You really can both sig it.
But... That would break the laws of sigging! We can't have everyone running around with the same quotes. IT MAKES THEM UNFUNNY FASTER!

Quick, vote for an Australian city just to annoy him.

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.
