In the community game I'm starting, there is a cave known as Youthfulhells the Sour Nights. It contains a lot of Kobolds.

What kind of awful names has the Dwarf Fortress RNG had the pleasure of giving you?

I'm away from my DF computer at the moment, but I remember that I have an artifact adamantine shortsword named PuceRampage, puce being a sort of ugly brownish-purple color. There's also an adamantine battleaxe named something-something the Worthless Cuts.

My current fort, in a husk-cloud, instant reanimating area is called Moistenedclefts. Not funny by itself, but the starting 7 are all female, several of whom are quite butch.

I don't recall the specifics exactly, but before toady removed "rape" from the dwarven language raws, there were quite a few "interestingly named" scepters, that menaced with spikes in one of my fortresses.

I still miss seeing dwarves with a pref string for tentacle demons though.

I got a fort named Icywinds, The first things I see is snow everywhere.

I had an embark group named SomethingSomething The Furnaces of Bathing. Apparently I got suicidal dwarves. Or maybe they just like hot baths.

They were crafted consecutively, both in the magma sea colony clothier's shop.

I get really funny names of dwarves, since I have the english names on in Masterwork and don't know how to turn it off (i tried, but it won't--maybe because I use linux?). One of them was Plague Floorpet. I told my partner, who got me into df (and it's funny because I'm better at it now) and we decided my stuffed sheep who is basically part of the family was a floorpet. Or "bedpet," or "couchpet," and so forth. Also I remember "Do not plague the floorpet :O" being said.

In this fortress, I have (had) a medical dwarf named Disembowltorment. >.> Ooookay.....

Edit: Oh, I also had a tailor named Spider Net. But my favorite in this fortress, who sadly died soon, was City Evilmother. I was going to make her baroness, but alas. >.>
