So I was working over the turns and noticed two things:

First, what I had listed for the province stats was much more wrong that I thought it was.

Secondly, a couple actions made more sense when using the values listed instead of what was on the map.

So here's the (hopefully) correct values for the provinces.

[2] Robert Bogdanović finds many supporters in Drawno, and quickly organizes them into different bands. +1 Control in Drawno(7).

[3] Stefan Brzęczyszczykiewicz contacts some interested persons in Bystra and provides the funds for new equipment for the farms. -1 RtU in Bystra(14).

[2] Konstantyn damns the guards in Pyrzyce, and the guards damn him back. His attempts to enter the province are no more successful than before.

[2] [5] With the uprising so close to their own borders, Knavikov quickly convinces the people in Knavikov to overthrow the Rostovians. -1 Control in Kramsk(11).

AUTOFAIL No matter how persuasive Lucius Gol is, he can't enter a province so totally controlled by the Rostovians as Liuban.

[2] Heinral Lowkow quitely slips into Zagen and buys several run-down factories in the province with his personal fortune. Before the month is up they're already running like new. +1 RtU in Zagen(15).

[4] With Rypin in chaos now that the Rostovians have left, many flock to the banner of Henner Campfeld and the Witkovian Peace-Keeping Association. +1 Control in Rypin(21)

[2] Clair Glass attempts to capitalize on the chaos in Witkovia, but the rebels so close the guards in Bystra are especially alert and prevent her from entering the province.

Rostovian troops clash with ROR and SW partisans in Drawno(7). (4000*1 vs. 999*1.33) Despite the brave efforts of the Wiktovian patriots, the Rostovian soldiers quickly swarm their positions. ROR troops take 102 loses, while the SW soldiers lose 57 troops. The Rostovians lose 600 troops, mostly due to guerilla attacks and booby-traps. Witkovian survivors retreat to Recz(6).

The 45th Light Cavalry Brigade encounters Phantom Brigade soldiers in Recz(6). (1000*1 vs. 1175*1.33) The shorter carbines of the cavalrymen are unable to match the range of the older Wiktovian muskets, and eventually the 45th is forced to withdraw. 650 men of the 45th manage to make it back to Gidle, at the cost of 177 Phantom Brigaders.

The 10th Grenadiers meet a similar fate in Rypin(21). (1000*1 vs. 1300*2.33) Leopold Kaminsky takes command of the defence, and thoroughly trashes the Rostovians. The Rostovians take 350 casualties in their flight back to Glowgow. The WLF takes 133 casualties, while the Peace Keepers are reduced to 498 soldiers.

With orders from General Semjonow to consolidate their hold on Witkovia, the Rostovian soldiers quickly set up checkpoints and fortify important buildings.

History: The ideas of communism are still fairly new to Witkovia, but oppression breeds reactionary responses, and interest in the party's ideology has been growing steadily over the last 10 to 20 years. Political Position: Staunchly on the left side of the political spectrum, Knavikov and the FPP look to create an equal Witkovia for all the people. Bio: The lord phantom is known to have many disguises, be very paranoid, and has asked for support from any government willing to give him support. Some say that he was a Rostavian Colonel who was discharged for "Suspicions of Loyalty". He has denied this and called it a propaganda attempt by the occupation to discredit him. He responded once "if it was me then what was the name of that colonel and his record of service or have they lost that to?".

Proto-technocrats in disguise, they've chosen one of their members to bear the name of the rebellion as his own, claiming to be socialists to further their goals.

Since it's obvious that I didn't expect so many players and that the Rostovians are going to take horrific casualties, I've bumped up their reinforcements and the size of their armies. At the very least they should be less of a non-threat than they are now.

Also a government could have easily been formed in Recz if everyone had agreed to it and the positions were all sorted out. Just a thought.

Finally: I know that Lód is supposed to have $4,200. It's a typo on the Overview. The spoiler above me has it correctly though. Tell me any other mistakes I've made and I'll fix them post haste.

EDIT: Attacked by a significant force, that is (ie more than 1/5th of your combat strength).
