I'm sorry, I have literally had ten minutes of free time today, been so busy :S Remind me never to procrastinate on things ever again. ;_;

Luckily tomorrow I should have more time to poke at things, the router is a giant pain in the butt and I just haven't had the time today to look at it.

Are they that bad? I haven't played OTTD in an age, but have never spent the time to get into them. With someone mentioning boats I thought I'd branch out from my typical bus foundation and eventual train cluster-fuckery and try something new... but wow, seems I've unwittingly released the plague o.O

Planes are just cheap. They are insanely easy(Build 2 airports, 1 plane, done.) And they make tons of money.

At 1:1 speed ratio, anyways.  And anything short of that looks stupid in my opinion.  I'm still way too lazy to figure out their insane language they made for modding maintenance costs and such, and theres nothing else out there to fix them.

I'm tempted to go for this myself.  I get all worked up then nobody follows through with it?

e: Yeah fuck it.  Try connecting to 67.237.107.191, that should work.  Password is toad  e2: Several corrections were made, try again with the new option.

I'm using some GRF layout resembling what the OP suggested.

(ECS town vector, ECS industries addon, ECS Agricultural vector, ECS basic vector II, EVS Chemicals vector, ECS Construction vector (beta 5?, no other option), ECS machinery vector, ECS wood vector, ECS and FIRS original vehicle set)

NewGRF's are fairly easy to get.  Theres a 'check online content' option that you can access from various areas and menus.  From there you can search for ECS and select all of the things I listed and tell it to download them.  They are like 5MB total or something.

Then you go to NewGRF options and double click all of them so they move to the top list then click apply.  (make sure the town vector ends up on top of the list or it wont load right for some stupid reason)

Your server does not appear to be working.

e: According to their documentation for some bloody reason they use a specific port no matter what.  I'll forward the correct port and correct things, one moment.

e2: done, I'd recommend trying to connect to 67.237.107.191 and 67.237.107.191:3979 to figure out which one works.
